AI Stock Analysis Tools User Agreement

I. Definition and Scope of Services

1.1 The AI stock analysis service provided by this platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") is an automated data analysis tool based on machine learning algorithms. It generates visual reports and statistical conclusions by processing public market data (such as historical stock prices, financial reports, and industry data), without any human investment advisory element.

1.2 The outputs of this Service are a reflection of the algorithm's identification of historical data and market patterns and do not constitute or should not be construed as:

• Explicit operational instructions for buying or selling securities
• Guarantees or projections regarding the future performance of any stock
• Professional investment advice provided by a SEBI-registered financial advisor or consultant

II. User Obligations and Prohibited Actions

2.1 You hereby confirm and agree to:

• Comprehend the inherent risks of stock investment before using this Service and possess the necessary awareness and financial capacity to manage these risks
• Make all investment decisions based on the output of this Service independently and be solely responsible for all outcomes
• Not use the analysis results to induce third-party transactions (e.g., stock tips, asset management)

2.2 The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Altering, reverse engineering, or maliciously exploiting algorithm vulnerabilities
• Using analysis results for illegal securities activities (e.g., market manipulation, insider trading)
• Quoting conclusions out of context on social media or public forums with guarantees of profit

III. Disclaimer (Key Terms)

3.1 Algorithm Limitations Clause

• The training data for the model may not be up-to-date (e.g., delays in financial report updates), and real-time market changes may lead to irrelevant conclusions
• Unforeseen events (e.g., wars, natural calamities) may not be factored in, which can affect market responses
• Different parameter settings may lead to varied output results

3.2 Platform Liability Exemption

The platform shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by:

IV. Intellectual Property and Data Usage

V. Service Changes and Termination

5.1 The platform reserves the right to adjust or terminate services for the following reasons:
